EXCHANGE POLICY
We have an exchange only policy at this time.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
EXCHANGES ~ We offer exchanges on all of our products except sale items. For domestic orders the customer must pay for shipping the product back. SitLookDrink, LLC will cover shipping costs for shipping the new product out. We can not accept items that have been worn or washed for exchange. If you bought the item at one of the stores we wholesale to, you will need to go back to them to exchange the item.
